SD Worx Ghent contact: address, phone and email
On its website SD Worx calls this office "Kantoor Gent (Waasland)". It is recognised as a social secretariat under number 640.

At the same address there is also a page "Kantoor regio Oost-Vlaanderen", with the label Grote Organisaties. That page only shows a contact form, no phone number.
SD Worx Ghent opening hours
According to the office page, the Ghent office is open:
- Monday to Friday, mornings: 08:00-12:00;
- Monday, Tuesday and Thursday, afternoons: 13:00-16:30;
- Friday afternoon: 13:00-16:00;
- Wednesday afternoon, Saturday and Sunday: closed.
Hours may change, for example around public holidays. So before a visit, check the office page itself first.
Already a client? How to ask SD Worx a question
SD Worx refers existing clients to its support page. It lists three routes:
- Ask your question via mysdworx, the environment you work in as an employer.
- A ticket via MyServicePoint. SD Worx writes that your contact person responds within 2 working days.
- Call or email an office directly, such as the Ghent office above.
If your question concerns your own payroll file, only SD Worx can answer it. Business Centrum has no access to files at another secretariat.
SD Worx in Aalst and the rest of East Flanders
On its website SD Worx lists, besides Ghent, one more office in East Flanders, in Aalst, "Kantoor Aalst (Waasland)":

The email address on that page is the same as in Ghent. We found no office in Sint-Niklaas, Oudenaarde, Eeklo or Dendermonde on the SD Worx site.
Rather have one fixed person who does the work?
If you mainly call SD Worx to pass on the hours, have a Dimona filed or have a payslip checked, there is another way. At Business Centrum you do not do that work yourself in a portal:

- We file the Dimona declarations, for permanent employees, students and flexi-jobbers.
- You call or email your fixed person directly, who knows your business and your sector. No ticket and no general line.

Leaving SD Worx: when can you switch?
A switch always takes effect at the start of a quarter, and your contract with SD Worx determines how far in advance you give notice. So plan backwards from the date on which you want to start.
