We are looking for someone who knows what an NSSO contribution is, can submit a DIMONA without hunting around, and handles our clients with care.
No call centre, no open-plan office with a hundred colleagues. We are a small team in Ghent, founded in 2013, and we do this work personally. You are a member of that team, not a number in a file.

What you do here
New file arrives. A transport company from Zelzate is hiring a driver. Prepare the DIMONA declaration for Monday, check the employment contract under joint committee 140.
A client calls: his construction worker changed jobs yesterday — what happens to his holiday pay? You know the rules for JC 124. You answer immediately, no ticket, no waiting.
Monthly payroll administration for a Ghent hospitality business. Night hours, weekend supplements, flexi-jobs. The calculation is correct to the cent.
Preparing the quarterly DmfA declaration for three SME clients. Deadline is Friday. You are done on Wednesday.

What we ask
With us you work across transport (JC 140), construction (JC 124), hospitality (JC 302) and more. Perfect knowledge is not required on day one, but an affinity with social legislation is a great advantage.
Our clients are Belgian SMEs, but regulations, documents and government portals are bilingual. You need to switch easily, especially for NSSO correspondence.
A mistake in a DIMONA or a wrong date on an employment contract costs our client money. We operate with zero tolerance for errors in official declarations.
You call clients. You explain a pay slip to someone who understands nothing about it. You do this calmly, clearly, and without being condescending.
