SD Worx prices for 1 to 5 employees are in a calculator on SD Worx's own website: for one white-collar employee, it showed on 18 October 2026 € 76.44 per employee per month in the Ondernemer Pack and € 118.62 in the Full Ondernemer Pack. Below are those prices for seven situations, as SD Worx shows them, with what they include and what the calculator does not say. After that, you can read how it works at Business Centrum.
SD Worx prices 2026 according to the calculator
SD Worx is recognised as a social secretariat under number 640. For small employers, it publishes a price calculator with two packs. On 18 October 2026, we entered seven situations. This is what the calculator showed, per employee per month:

What the SD Worx price does not tell you
A price per employee per month is handy for comparing, but four things are not in the table:
- VAT. The calculator does not say whether the price excludes or includes VAT. The SD Worx general terms say that VAT is due on the prices.
- Indexation. According to the same terms, SD Worx adjusts its prices every quarter, by at most the consumer price index plus 1% on a yearly basis.
- Special situations. Below the price it says: "In this flat fee we deliberately do not include some company-specific events and situations that are hard to predict (such as paying out and managing advances or a wage garnishment file)" (freely translated from Dutch). SD Worx writes that it then announces the extra cost in advance.
- Start-up costs. SD Worx writes that you normally pay € 236 in administrative start-up costs, and that they are waived if you join digitally.
So for every price per employee, also ask for the total price per year for your actual staff, with VAT and the services billed separately.
Ondernemer Pack or Full Ondernemer Pack: what is included?
The calculator describes the two packs itself.
Ondernemer Pack, "Jij zit aan het stuur" ("You are in the driver's seat"): for those who want to keep control of the payroll administration themselves and remain the point of contact for their employees. According to the calculator, it includes: the payroll calculation with holiday pay, end-of-year bonus and corrections, the mandatory returns (withholding tax, RSZ and Dimona), legal advice on employment matters by phone with legal expenses insurance, and tools to draw up an employment contract and work regulations yourself. You follow up fringe benefits yourself.
Full Ondernemer Pack, "Wij nemen het stuur over" ("We take the wheel"): according to the calculator, for those who want their entire personnel administration done for them and no longer want to manage software. Extra services are added: SD Worx checks the correct pay category, draws up the employment contract, handles the employer's part of the returns for unemployment or illness, and your employees call SD Worx directly with their payroll and HR questions.
SD Worx prices above five employees
The calculator stops at 5 employees. Above that, SD Worx writes on its SME page that the costs depend on the size of your workforce and your specific needs, and that it prepares a tailored quotation. We did not find a published price for larger employers.

How it works at Business Centrum
