Acerta Ghent contact: address, phone and email
Acerta is recognised as a social secretariat under number 250. The Acerta Gent office page gives an address in Sint-Denijs-Westrem, and a separate number for each service.

Are you calling as an employer about pay, contracts, a Dimona or a payslip? Then choose the social secretariat number. The business counter and the social insurance fund are there for your own status as a self-employed person and for registrations in the Crossroads Bank for Enterprises (KBO).
Acerta Ghent opening hours and making an appointment
On the office page, Acerta asks you to always make an appointment before a visit. For the social secretariat, the page lists these hours:
- Monday to Friday in the morning: 09:00-12:00;
- Monday to Thursday in the afternoon, by appointment: 13:00-17:00;
- Friday afternoon, by appointment: 13:00-16:00.
Online, Acerta refers employers to a contact page for payroll questions (in Dutch), where according to Acerta you can get help 24 hours a day, make an appointment with your file manager or choose a video appointment. Hours can change, for example around public holidays. So check the office page itself before a visit.
Acerta in Aalst, Sint-Niklaas and the rest of East Flanders
According to Acerta's website, East Flanders has four more offices besides Ghent, each with a number for the social secretariat:

We did not find an office in Eeklo on Acerta's website.
Staying with Acerta, with one fixed person in Ghent
You can use Acerta in two ways. Directly: you work with Acerta's tools and office yourself. Or through a social bureau that works with Acerta, such as Business Centrum. Acerta then remains your social secretariat, and one fixed person in Ghent does the work on your side:
- You send in the hours, by email or form. We enter them and call you if something does not add up.
- We handle the Dimonas, for permanent employees, students and flexi-jobbers.
- You call or email your fixed person directly, who knows your company, your sector and your joint committee.
- Acerta files the returns and collects the contributions, as your recognised secretariat.
