We found no separate number for the social secretariat in Ghent on that page. Securex in Aalst
In East Flanders, Securex lists one more office besides Ghent, in Aalst.
| Office | Address | How |
|---|---|---|
| Aalst | Officenter, Ninovesteenweg 198, 9320 Aalst | by appointment only, according to the office page |
The Aalst page gives the same general services number as Ghent. We found no office in Sint-Niklaas, Oudenaarde, Eeklo or Dendermonde on the Securex website.
If your question concerns your own payroll file, only Securex can answer it. Business Centrum has no access to files at another secretariat.
Prefer one fixed person who does the work?
Do you mainly call Securex to pass on hours, have a Dimona filed or have a payslip checked? It can be done differently. At Business Centrum you do not do that work yourself in a portal:
- You send the hours, by email or form. We enter them and call you if something does not add up.
- We file the Dimonas, for permanent employees, students and flexi-jobbers.
- You call or email your fixed person directly, who knows your business and your joint committee.
- Acerta remains the recognised secretariat behind it, under number 250. It files the returns and collects the contributions.
What happens to your other Securex services when you switch, such as the social insurance fund or the external prevention service, is explained in a Securex alternative. How the roles are divided with Acerta is set out in Acerta or Business Centrum.
Leaving Securex: when can you switch?
A switch always takes effect at the start of a quarter, and your contract with Securex determines how far in advance you give notice. So plan back from the date on which you want to start. How to work out that date is explained in notice period for a social secretariat. All steps of the transfer are in changing social secretariat.
Want to know what one fixed contact would mean for your business? Business Centrum goes through your staff, your contract with Securex and the earliest start date with you.
