Social secretariat rates as an actual amount are published today only by SD Worx, and then only for 1 to 5 employees: the other big secretariats describe how their price is built up and refer you to a quotation for the amount. That is what we found when we checked the websites of Acerta, SD Worx, Liantis, Securex, Partena Professional and Group S on 18 October 2026. Below you find, per secretariat, what it publishes itself, with the source, and how to compare quotations fairly.
Social secretariat rates: what the big six publish themselves
| Secretariat | Amount published? | How it describes the price |
|---|---|---|
| SD Worx | yes, for 1 to 5 employees | calculator with two packs, price per employee per month |
| Liantis | no | all-in rate with 3 parts, tailored proposal |
| Securex | no | 2 parts, tailored quotation |
| Partena Professional | no | entry costs and a price per pay calculation, 3 plans, tailored quotation |
| Group S | no | 3 packs with a fixed monthly amount, tailored quotation |
| Acerta | no | affiliation and management costs, meeting or video appointment |
Source: the secretariats' own websites, checked on 18 October 2026. A copy of each page has been kept. Prices from comparison sites are deliberately left out.
SD Worx rates: the only calculator
SD Worx publishes a calculator for small employers. For one white-collar employee it showed € 76.44 per employee per month in the Ondernemer Pack and € 118.62 in the Full Ondernemer Pack. The calculator does not say whether that is excluding or including VAT. SD Worx also writes that you normally pay € 236 in start-up costs, which are waived if you join digitally. Above five employees, SD Worx draws up a tailored quotation. Every situation we entered in the calculator, and what the packs include, is set out in SD Worx rates.
Liantis rates 2026: an all-in rate without amounts
Liantis describes an all-in rate on its website: according to Liantis, "all regular services, management costs and first-line legal advice" (freely translated from Dutch) are included in the price. You pay 3 parts:
- entry costs for handling the administration of your switch;
- a fixed price per month;
- a fixed price per pay calculation per employee.
No amounts are given. Liantis writes that it draws up a tailored proposal based on your needs. If you search for Liantis rates, you do find a rates page for the Liantis business counter: it covers registrations of the self-employed, not payroll administration. How Liantis compares with Acerta is set out in a Liantis alternative.
Securex rates: a start-up cost and a fixed monthly price
Securex writes that a quotation for a social secretariat is tailor-made, and that as an employer you pay for 2 things: a start-up cost after the switch and a fixed price per month as a management cost. Securex does not publish amounts. The starter packages with prices on the Securex website are meant for people setting up a business, not for the payroll administration of your staff.
Partena rates: entry costs and a price per pay calculation
Partena Professional describes a price made up of one-off entry costs and a fixed price per pay calculation per employee, plus a monthly budget for the software, where you only pay for the modules you use. For SMEs, Partena names 3 plans, Essential, Advanced and Expert, with "a price per employee, per payslip". No amounts are given; Partena refers you to a free tailored quotation.
Group S and Acerta rates: packs and a meeting
Group S lets you choose from 3 payroll packs: Core, Core & Care and Premium. The comparison table lists a fixed monthly amount for each pack, but not the amount itself. For the price, you request a tailored quotation.
Acerta rates for payroll administration were not on the Acerta website when we looked. Acerta mentions affiliation and management costs for the social secretariat, without an amount, and invites employers to a meeting or a video appointment. Business Centrum works with Acerta itself, but does not speak for Acerta about its prices.
Why a search shows you other rates
If you search for the rates of a big secretariat, you often do find amounts. They usually concern other services from the same group:
- the business counter, for your registration in the Crossroads Bank for Enterprises;
- the social insurance fund, for your own social contributions as a self-employed person;
- starter packages for people setting up a business.
Those rates say nothing about what the payroll administration of your employees costs.
How to compare quotations fairly
Because hardly anyone publishes an amount, you compare quotations. Do it on the same basis:
- A yearly price for your actual staff, with students, flexi-jobbers and your busiest months. If your SME is growing, include the next hires too.
- All price parts: entry costs, fixed monthly price, price per pay calculation, software, VAT and what is charged separately.
- Your own time: who enters the hours worked, and whom do you call with a question? If you do it all yourself today, read what changes when you hand over your payroll.
- What is included: contracts, Dimona declarations, legal advice, one fixed person.
How the price of a secretariat is built up in general, with the market ranges that comparison sites quote, is set out in social secretariat costs. What a low price per payslip can cost you later is in cheap social secretariat. The big names side by side, apart from price, are in Acerta, SD Worx, Securex, Liantis or Partena.
How it works at Business Centrum
Business Centrum does not publish fixed rates either. You get a quotation for your actual staff, after a free introductory meeting. What you get for it is fixed:
- You send in the hours worked, by email or form. We enter them and calculate the wages.
- We file the Dimona declarations, for permanent staff, students and flexi-jobbers.
- Contracts and leave are followed up by us, under your joint committee.
- You call or email your fixed person directly in Ghent.
- Acerta is the recognised secretariat behind it, under number 250.
Want to set a quotation next to the one from your current secretariat? Business Centrum draws one up for your actual staff, with what is and is not included.
