1.3.1Leerling, die zonder succes het derde jaar van het secundair onderwijs beëindigd heeft en gedurende de laatste drie jaren geen industriële leerovereenkomst, middenstandsleerovereenkomst, stageovereenkomst of een overeenkomst voor alternerende tewerkstelling en opleiding, afsloot in het kader van een leertijd voor een totale duur van zes maanden.
