1.1UURLONEN : ANDEREN DAN STUDENTEN

Onder "intreder" wordt verstaan : een arbeider gerangschikt in de 3 eerstgenoemde categorieën, met in totaal minder dan 6 maanden anciënniteit in de sector. Tijdens de eerste 6 maanden van zijn tewerkstelling in de sector wordt de intreder opgeleid volgens de bepalingen van het opleidingsplan in bijlage bij de arbeidsovereenkomst. Indien deze voorwaarden ingevuld zijn dan mag het uurloon gedurende max. 6 maanden tewerkstelling in een onderneming van de sector vastgelegd worden op 90% van de in de onderneming voorziene verloning voor de desbetreffende categorie. Na deze periode is het loon aan 100% van toepassing.
