How to read the PC 144 pay scale

  • The FPS publishes 6 tables for PC 144, with 239 amounts in total.
  • Each table heading says whether an amount is an hourly or a monthly wage.
  • The amount depends on what the rows and columns show: the category or class, seniority or years in the job. First find the category or class of the job, then read off the row that fits the employee.
  • These are sectoral minimum wages. A company agreement or the employment contract can set a higher wage.

Op de minimumuurlonen wordt een anciënniteitstoeslag toegekend. Deze toeslag bedraagt 0,5 pct. bij een anciënniteit van 5 jaar in de onderneming, 1 pct. bij een anciënniteit van 1°jaar in de onderneming, 1,5 pct. bij een anciënniteit van 15 jaar in de onderneming, 2 pct. bij een anciënniteit van 20 jaar in de onderneming, 2,5 pct. bij een anciënniteit van 25 jaar in de onderneming, 3 pct. bij een anciënniteit van 30 jaar in de onderneming, 3,5 pct. bij een anciënniteit van 35 jaar in de onderneming en 4 pct. bij een anciënniteit van 40 jaar in de onderneming.

In geval van indexatie in toepassing van de sectorale CAO’s worden zowel de minimumlonen als de reële lonen geïndexeerd.

Wanneer het resultaat van de bewerking een daling van de uurlonen met zich zou meebrengen, worden de uurlonen niet aangepast op de normaal voorziene datum en dus niet verminderd tot de eerstvolgende halfjaarlijkse aanpassing van april of oktober.
