De verhoging van 1,25%, zoals opgenomen in art.2.b van de CAO van 02/07/2007 (84252) "Vanaf 01/07/2007 wordt het individuele uurloon van de vaklui verhoogd met 1,25% voor wie reeds een maaltijdcheque ontvangt" geldt enkel voor de reële lonen.
Met dubbele shiften wordt bedoeld 2 aaneensluitende shiften of shiften zonder naleving van de rusttijden.

In geval van indexatie in toepassing van de sectorale CAO’s worden zowel de minimumlonen als de reële lonen geïndexeerd.
Bovenop het basisloon ontvangen de Havenarbeiders en de Vaklui een vaste premie per shift. Het bedrag is evenwel niet terug te vinden in de sectorale CAO's.
