Om te bepalen of het maandelijks minimumloon dat tussen de partijen werd overeengekomen beantwoordt aan het hieronder voorziene minimum, moet men rekening houden met alle elementen die in artikel 2 van de wet van 12 april 1965 betreffende de bescherming van het loon der werknemers worden vermeld, met inbegrip van de voordelen toegekend op een andere dan de maandelijkse basis.
Voor de apotheker die krachtens een overeenkomst voor deeltijdse arbeid is tewerkgesteld, zijn de bepalingen toepasselijk van de collectieve overeenkomst nr. 35 van 27 februari 1981, afgesloten in de Nationale Arbeidsraad, en voornamelijk artikel 10.
