Het loon van een bediende op proef in het vooruitzicht van een bevordering wordt niet gewijzigf tijdens de proeftijd.
De minimumweddeschalen moeten worden aangezien als geldend voor het gebruik van één enkele taal. Wanneer voor het uitoefenen van een funktie de kennis of het gebruik van méér dan één taal wordt vereist, dan is dit op te schuiven wanneer de aard van funktie er niet door verandert; wel past het er rekening mee te houden bij het vaststellen van de bezoldiging.
De bestaande jongerenlonen werden vanaf 01/10/2009 afgeschaft. Dit heeft als gevolg dat de CAO 50 van de NAR betreffende de waarborg van een gemiddeld minimum maandinkomen voor werknemers onder de 21 jaar, niet van toepassing is voor de sectorale minimumlonen. NAR-CAO 43 betreffende het gewaarborgd gemiddeld minimummaandinkomen (GGMMI) is wel van kracht.

De bestaande jongerenlonen werden vanaf 01/01/2010 afgeschaft. Dit heeft als gevolg dat de CAO 50 van de NAR betreffende de waarborg van een gemiddeld minimum maandinkomen voor werknemers onder de 21 jaar, niet van toepassing is voor de sectorale minimumlonen (het is eventueel nog van toepassing voor de studenten). NAR-CAO 43 betreffende het gewaarborgd gemiddeld minimummaandinkomen (GGMMI) is wel van kracht.
