In geval van indexatie in toepassing van de sectorale CAO’s worden enkel de minimumlonen geïndexeerd.
Deze barema's zijn van toepassing op de werkgevers en de werknemers die onder de bevoegheid vallen van het Paritair Comité voor de vrije beroepen.
Ze zijn niet van toepassing op de werknemers die tewerkgesteld zijn in een familieonderneming waar gewoonlijk alleen bloedverwanten, aanverwanten of pleegkinderen arbeid verrichten onder het uitsluitend gezag van de vader, de moeder of van de voogd.
