De hieronder barema's zijn van toepassing op de voltijds tewerkgestelde bedienden.

De deeltijdse bedienden moeten voor een gelijk werk of voor een werk van gelijke waarde, in verhouding, hetzelfde loon ontvangen als een voltijdse bediende.

De overgang van de ene loonschaal naar de andere gebeurt in de maand die volgt op die waarin de bediende aan de toekenningsvoorwaarde voldoet.
