Indexatie met 2,23% in 1/2026.
In geval van indexatie in toepassing van de sectorale CAO’s worden zowel de minimumlonen als de reële lonen geïndexeerd.
Garagepersoneel:
De jongerenlonen voor onderhavig loonbarema werden opgeheven, hetgeen de wil van het paritair comité aantoont om jongeren gelijke loonmogelijkheden als de oudere werknemers te bieden. Bijgevolg is de NAR-CAO nr. 50 niet van toepassing.
Niet-Garagepersoneel:
Voor onderhavig loonbarema zijn er nooit jongerenlonen of aanvangsleeftijden geweest. Het loonbarema wordt verondersteld van toepassing te zijn zonder leeftijdsonderscheid. De NAR-CAO nr. 50 is niet van toepassing.
