The FPS publishes 6 tables for PC 306, with 422 amounts in total.
Each table heading says whether an amount is an hourly or a monthly wage.
The amount depends on what the rows and columns show: the category or class, seniority or years in the job. First find the category or class of the job, then read off the row that fits the employee.
These are sectoral minimum wages. A company agreement or the employment contract can set a higher wage.

7PERSONEEL : VAST BEDRAG BUITEN BAREMA

Maandelijks, buiten barema, wordt bovenop het loon van het Arbeiders-, Bedienden- en Stafpersoneel en de Inspecteurs een vast brutobedrag betaald. Voormeld vast bedrag wordt gekoppeld aan de indexeringsregeling zoals van toepassing op de barema's.

FPS notes on this pay scale

Indexatie met 2,23125% in 1/2026.

In geval van indexatie in toepassing van de sectorale CAO’s wordt de indexering berekend op het minimumloon. Het verschil tussen het minimumloon en het reële loon blijft behouden.

Arbeiders:

De jongerenlonen voor onderhavig loonbarema werden behouden. Er zijn sectorale studentenlonen van toepassing. Gelet op haar suppletieve aard is NAR-CAO 50 niet nodig.

Bedienden:

De jongerenlonen voor onderhavig loonbarema werden opgeheven, hetgeen de wil van het Paritair comité aantoont om jongeren gelijke loonmogelijkheden als de oudere werknemers te bieden. Bijgevolg is de NAR-CAO nr. 50 niet van toepassing.
