Payroll for service voucher companies: a Business Centrum case manager at work in the Ghent office

For service voucher companies

Payroll for your service voucher company, via Business Centrum and Acerta

Looking for payroll for your service voucher company? Business Centrum takes over the staff administration of your domestic helpers: contracts, Dimona and salaries under JC 322.01, with seniority and indexation. We are a payroll and HR office in Ghent and a partner of Acerta, a recognised social secretariat. You keep your time for your clients and your team.

What a service voucher company has to arrange as an employer

Your domestic helpers fall under their own committee, with their own pay rules:

  1. The JC 322.01 pay scale

Recognised companies providing local jobs or services fall under JC 322.01. The minimum hourly wage rises with seniority: the pay scale starts at € 15.26 per hour, for a week of 38 hours. The rules are in our guide to JC 322.

  2. Indexation

Each time the pivot index is exceeded, wages rise by 2%. The last time was on 1 September 2026.

  3. The end-of-year bonus via the fund

The Social Fund for Service Vouchers pays the end-of-year bonus: 4.5% of the gross wages of the reference period, for anyone who worked at least 30 working days in the sector. The fund calculates from what is in the return.

  4. Flexi-jobs with a time limit

A flexi-job is only possible in the service voucher sector during the first 3 months after the first Dimona with your company.

What Business Centrum takes over for your service voucher company

This is what we take over:

  • Setting up your domestic helpers under JC 322.01, with their seniority
  • Contracts: full-time, part-time, fixed-term or flexi
  • Every Dimona on time, before the first working day
  • Monthly salaries, with indexation and seniority
  • The quarterly return and NSSO contributions, via Acerta
  • Leave, sickness and absences

What is left for you

You pass on the hours worked and what changes. The recognition and the service vouchers themselves stay with you. We call you if something is not right.

Business Centrum is a payroll and HR office and your fixed contact in Ghent. Returns to the NSSO go through Acerta, a recognised social secretariat.

Where things often go wrong with service vouchers

Two common mistakes:

  1. Seniority not tracked

The hourly wage rises with the years in the sector. Miss a raise and you pay the difference afterwards.

  2. Hours that change

Domestic helpers often work part time, for several clients. A part-time contract with a clear schedule prevents discussions about hours and pay.

How Business Centrum takes over

  1. Get acquainted

A meeting about your company: how many domestic helpers, which hours, what seniority and what is in place now?

  2. Start

We set up your file with Acerta and handle the switch if you already have a social secretariat.

  3. Every month

You pass on the hours worked, we do the rest. Your domestic helpers get their payslip on time.

Payroll for service voucher companies: frequently asked questions

Which joint committee do domestic helpers paid with service vouchers fall under?

JC 322.01, the subcommittee for recognised companies providing local jobs or services. At the start we check whether that applies to all your employees.

Who pays a domestic helper's end-of-year bonus?

The Social Fund for Service Vouchers: 4.5% of the gross wages of the reference period, if the helper worked at least 30 working days in the sector. That is why wages and days must be right in the return.

Can I use flexi-jobbers?

Only during the first 3 months after the first Dimona with your company. After that it is no longer possible as a flexi-job.

Can I switch to Business Centrum?

Yes. We arrange the switch with you and your current social secretariat, including your domestic helpers' seniority, so salaries keep running.
