How to read the PC 121 pay scale

  • The FPS publishes 8 tables for PC 121, with 40 amounts in total.
  • Each table heading says whether an amount is an hourly or a monthly wage.
  • The amount depends on what the rows and columns show: the category or class, seniority or years in the job. First find the category or class of the job, then read off the row that fits the employee.
  • These are sectoral minimum wages. A company agreement or the employment contract can set a higher wage.

Indexatie met 2,07% in 7/2026.

In geval van indexatie in toepassing van de sectorale CAO’s worden zowel de minimumlonen als de reële lonen geïndexeerd.

Stuklonen : De werkgevers verbinden zich er toe om per week een voldoende hoeveelheid werk te verstrekken, ten einde minstens het conventionele minimum weekloon, en/of het individuele weekloon te bereiken.

De berekening van de overuren zal gebeuren a.h.v. de uren die de normale wekelijkse duur van 37 uur overschrijden.
