De Ploegbaas heeft recht op een uurloon dat ten minste 10% hoger ligt dan datgene wat overeenkomt met zijn eigen beroepsbekwaamheid, en ten minste 10% hoger dan het conventioneel loon van de arbeider in zijn ploeg met de hoogste beroepsbekwaamheid.

In geval van indexatie in toepassing van de sectorale CAO’s worden enkel de minimumlonen geïndexeerd.
Afschaffing specifiek studentenbarema op 1/2024. Het minimumloon voor studenten wordt vastgesteld op basis van het uurloon van cat.I. De indexatie van de loontoeslag voor gepresteerde uren binnen de sector van de petrochemische bedrijven, van de huisvestings- en voedingskostenvergoeding.
Voor de ondernemingen waar de betalingsperioden niet op de eerste dag van de maand beginnen te lopen, geldt de regel dat de loonaanpassingen ten gevolge van de koppeling aan het indexcijfer van kracht worden met ingang van de eerstkomende betaalperiode na de wijziging.
Onderstaande minimumlonen gelden voor arbeiders tewerkgesteld krachtens een arbeidsovereenkomst voor werklieden, bedoeld in artikel 2 van de wet van 3 juli 1978 betreffende de arbeidsovereenkomsten. Voor arbeiders onderworpen aan de deeltijdse leerplicht gelden andere bepalingen.
De lonen van de arbeiders die tewerkgesteld zijn aan boord van het baggermaterieel, van de arbeiders die na het aanleggen van de dijken op het stort zijn tewerkgesteld (met uitzondering van diegenen die tewerkgesteld zijn aan de voorbereiding van het stort en aan het ophogen van de dijken), en van de arbeiders tewerkgesteld in de betoncentrales die stortklaar beton produceren en leveren aan derden, worden geregeld in andere overeenkomsten dan die waarvan de lonen hier worden vermeld.
