FPS notes on this pay scale

Indexatie met 2,23% in 1/2026.

In geval van indexatie in toepassing van de sectorale CAO’s worden zowel de minimumlonen als de reële lonen geïndexeerd.

De werkelijk betaalde uurlonen die op 1 januari 2019 werden geïndexeerd op basis van het referte-indexcijfer 106,01 (december 2018), worden op 1 juli 2019 met 0,71 % verhoogd. In afwijking van het eerste lid, kan de beschikbare marge van 0,71 % op een alternatieve manier wordt ingevuld via een ondernemingsenveloppe.

De bestaande jongerenlonen werden vanaf 01/07/2009 afgeschaft. Dit heeft tot gevolg dat de CAO nr. 50 van de NAR betreffende de waarborg van een gemiddeld minimum maandinkomen voor werknemers onder de 21 jaar, niet van toepassing is voor de sectorale minimumlonen. NAR-CAO 43 betreffende het gewaarborgd gemiddeld minimummaandinkomen (GGMMI) is wel van kracht.
