De hieronder minimumwedden gelden voor een voltijds uurrooster zoals toepasselijk in de onderneming.
Voor deeltijds tewerkgestelde bedienden worden de minimumwedden vastgesteld in verhouding tot het aantal uren dat hun deeltijdse arbeidsregeling omvat in vergelijking met de voltijdse uurregeling in de onderneming.

In geval van indexatie in toepassing van de sectorale CAO’s worden zowel de minimumlonen als de reële lonen geïndexeerd.

De bediende die regelmatig functies uitoefent van verschillende klassen geniet de wedde van de hoogste uitgeoefende functie.
Bij overgang naar een hogere klasse wordt de overeenstemmende wedde onmiddellijk toegekend.
In afwijking van de hierboven bepalingen geldt volgende regeling in geval van promotie met ten minste twee klassen, bij dezelfde werkgever of bij een andere werkgever van dezelfde groep :
- Indien promotie met 2 klassen : toepassing van de nieuwe klasse na 1 jaar, in twee stappen
- Indien promotie met 3 klassen : toepassing van de nieuwe klasse na 2 jaar, in drie stappen
- Indien promotie met 4 klassen : toepassing van de nieuwe klasse na 3 jaar, in vier stappen
- Indien promotie met 5 klassen of meer : toepassing van de nieuwe klasse na 4 jaar, in vijf stappen
Tijdens de overgangsperiode loopt de (fictieve) barema-anciënniteit verder.
