    In the province of Antwerp, white-collar staff in metalworking get a bonus based on their base salary of 1 December 2026. Staff employed at the end of November with at least 6 months of seniority qualify. Brussels and Flemish Brabant use a different calculation.

  2. Dutch in the documents

    The Flemish language decree of 19 July 1973 requires Dutch for contracts, payslips and work rules, also for staff who speak another language. A document in another language is void.
